Estimates

All estimates are free and provided based on information emailed by you, an estimate should be considered a rough approximation of cost and should not be considered an exact and final cost, we cannot be held responsible for any works required that lay outside the provided information or any unforeseen requirements.

When Should I Ask For An Estimate?

You should request an estimate when you already know the cause of the problem and the scope of the works required. Once you email us all the information and parameters of the works we will then email the estimate to you.

Please be aware that if you commission us to complete the works, if the fault still persists then we cannot be held responsible as we would not have been commissioned to repair the fault, we would have been commissioned to complete the specific works requested and not to repair the fault.

When Should I Ask For A Quote?

If your planning to have specific works done, for example, new lights, kitchen, bathroom, new additions and or installs to your property, we will attend the property inspect the location and will then provide you with a quote based on the works required.

If you would like any further information or would like to discuss the range of maintenance plans we can provide then please contact us here...
