How we work with our customers
At Orisha Building Services, you have the option to call us by phone or use our "report a problem" system if you have an Orisha Portal login.
Once you contact us by phone we will then let you know what our call out charge is for the first hour and let you know what our availability is to attend.
If you agree to a visit we will take your name, address and email address and provide you with access to see your appointment details through the Orisha Portal System.

Our online Customer Management portal allows all clients to be able to track and update all job sheets and review all appointments, billing, and quotes and upload documents online.
Customer services
Our staff takes pride in delivering a high level of service and quality, giving you peace of mind. The Orisha Service System (OSS) keeps all of our staff and tradesmen connected and on schedule every minute of the day, directly connecting you through our customer portal.
Office hrs 9am-5pm
Our London-based helpdesk is open from 9am - 5pm, 5 days a week Monday to Friday; we're there to take the stress out of your home emergency repairs and maintenance.
